Update: Issue is connected to the compilation method that creates temporary files in <User>\Appdata\Local\Temp I doubt it's fixable without whitelisting the signature or signing the app for those 100$ a year. Sadly this is a regular behaviour for the compiler and will remain giving false positives for newer versions even after I get this one whitelisted with Microsoft and etc. I will be moving to another compilation method in the next version. Thanks Birkiiiiiii for reminding of the issue as most don't get the positive on the client Microsoft defender
If you don't mind - may I ask for the reason my comment was deleted? I (want to) believe you that this is genuine software but this just makes it more suspicious
Because you've made unlawful statements and contradicted them in the second post without any proper research. Google: nuitka false positives. Issues mostly come from this method extracting files into a temporary folder and stating it is a fake tool without once again a proper research of something over 300 people use is misleading and harmful
Issue with false positives will be fixed in 18 hours, so sit tight and have your virus total ready. Gonna get the number down to 4 or less positives lol
You are right, I really did make my account solely to comment - that is because I didn't have one before but that is besides the point.
Regardless, I’ll be here twiddling my thumbs in anticipation. Let me know when that 4 or less positives build arrives. I did actually want to try out the program, but windows interrupted with a "Malicious file" pop-up...
Got it to 5 through pya + pyi onedir and packed into a onefile sfx archive with dependencies which got us to 8 detections total with Microsoft, Kaspersky, Sophos, Drweb and etc calling it safe. Could get it to 4 if rebuilt pyi to work with GCC, but it would probably mess up the dependencies, so not worth it. All in all. Enjoy MilkUP ^^
P.S Linux version will come out later P.P.S I bet it's gonna have so many more new bugs now :P
Some people are getting concerned with false positives. False positives come after compilation and are different from check to check. I'm currently looking into ways to sign the app and getting in touch with Kasperky, Microsoft and Malwarebytes. If the issue is in memory leakage and etc - it will be much harder to overcome

And honestly your account being made specifically for commenting on this tool instantly raised my suspicion towards you

Well signing the app would cost 100$ a year. This free tool made 9$ throughout the last year and I doubt we would get to 20$ mark this year

Windows antivirus won't allow the program to be opened
Interesting
It's fixed now :P
